"Excellent hotel all around. The lobby and rooms are in great condition - it's surprising that the building is about to undergo renovations in late 2026! The front desk and breakfast staff were great. Location is very quiet and convenient. I would definitely stay here again."

Staff was very helpful as there was a slight complication with the reservation, and it was taken care of properly and professionally.. And very close to the highway for easy access."

"The room had dog fur on the couch. The bathtub had rust in it. We requested for a late checkout and were denied. This is not heard of for an hour extension. The breakfast was not manned and the food was over. The guests were kept waiting. Overall this hotel is ok, if you can avoid it would be better."

While the staff was pleasant, they did not provide me with comprehensive information during check-in, such as the deposit amount (as I booked through Expedia, this information is not disclosed). They merely advised me to insert my card. I believe they should have reviewed my reservation with me and provided more details about the hotel, including the bar and restaurant areas. Lots of shops nearby - Walmart and fine clothing stores - The Gap, Victoria Secret etc. Hotel located in Eastwood shopping area with wonderful restaurants in Eastwood shopping area along with other restaurants down the street on Lansing St. Blvd. There is also a bank close by."
