"Everything was maintained from the front desk to the service at the Bistro. Staff very helpful and accommodating"

"5 stars isn’t enough! Above and beyond in every aspect. Super clean and very friendly staff. Appreciate everything. We have found our new go to location when in that area. Thank you!"

"Room was very well appointed; particularly the bathroom. Comfortable bedding and blackout curtains that actually functioned as blackout curtains."

"Housekeeping should do a little better (there was hair in the sink when we got there), but everything else was fine. The staff were very helpful and kind!"

"Great Food, Great service on everything."

"Wonderful stay, Brian at the front desk upon checking in was helpful and friendly. I wish the pillows on the bed were bigger and more there were two pillows on the kingsize bed and I had to ask for more. I would definitely stay there again. We did have the fire alarm go off at 2am and were outside for almost an hour. I did not think there was much communication so that could be improved."

"The hotel was very clean and quite nice. The breakfast was sufficient. My only complaint is that unfortunately the deposit charged at check in was never refunded."

"Convenient location!"

"Another fantastic stay at The Madison Hotel in Morristown, the hometown of my wife. The a hotel is not only beautiful, it is also peaceful. Our King Room was exactly what we needed. It was immaculate, warm and the bed was very comfortable. We visit Morristown as often as we can and then we always stay at The Madison. A wonderful free breakfast every morning with everything that anyone want and plenty of it! The coffee, by the way, is the BEST and we ordered some after we returned home. We loved...

"The staff was kind, and the complimentary breakfast was really good. I was traveling with a friend and we were able to get a room with 2 Queen beds. I also liked that I was able to catch a shuttle to and from the airport for free. However, when I tried to check out, no one was at the front desk. After waiting for about 20 minutes, I had to leave to catch the shuttle to the airport. I had to send a message through Expedia to ask them to check me out."
