"The room was nice, small, but very practical. I loved the bathroom (waterfall showerhead, bidet, etc). Checked out the pool on the rooftop and it was really nice too (didn’t get the chance to use it sadly but everyone who was using it looked so happy). The buffet style breakfast in the morning was PHENOMENAL. The mall next door was super useful and you could fine all sort of restaurants,shops, etc. I would love to stay here again when I visit Singapore."

"Great property and location. Loved the gym. The only blemish was the hallways were always dirty. They needed a vacuum daily. And the room service was terrible. They told me it would be every second day and then I waited and waited…with nothing. I called and arranged service, was out all day, only to come home with it still not done. Just terrible. It took 3 calls to get my room cleaned. Housekeeping department obviously has a serious problem."

"We utilized the laundry machine, we suggest having paper towels and option to use own detergent. There is a bit of a sewer smell in the bathroom sink inside the room. The room smells musty when we first checked in. The breakfast buffet has good options. Nice coffee maker. Our check was quick, and the person who checked us in was friendly. Housekeeper kept our room clean daily. We will return or continue to stay at HI Express in our future travels."

"The room was very clean and came with a small fridge, small electric kettle and hair dryer. The sink was inside the room but outside the bathroom. The bathroom was on the smaller side with just a shower and toilet. The pool was great and the hotel also has a couple of washing machines and dryers for $5 each."
