    The Space:

    You'll have no trouble unwinding at this lovely, dog-friendly home in Pacific City, offering ocean views, a private hot tub, entertainment, and easy beach access to up to 12 guests.



    Located conveniently close to the beach, as well as the restaurants and shops downtown, you'll enjoy the best of both worlds on this trip! Walk up the beach a short distance to Cape Kiwanda for stunning vistas. Bring the dogs, too - they're welcome for an additional nightly pet fee.



    The home itself is warm and cozy, with thoughtful beach decor providing color throughout. Multiple living areas offer comfy furniture for relaxing - one with a fireplace for quiet time, and another with a flatscreen TV for watching DVDs and more (cable and free WiFi included). There are also board games and books for your pleasure. And for a little nostalgic fun, enjoy the arcade style game system with classic games like Pac-Man, Donkey Kong, and Galaga!



    Cook whatever you'd like in the open kitchen, which is fully equipped with all the essentials plus extras like a waffle iron, blender, mixer, coffeemaker, and dishwasher. Nine can dine together at the dining table in the center of the room, and there's also patio furniture outside.



    Between two large decks, you'll have plenty of space to hang out and enjoy the ocean view. There's a gas grill for cooking and your family dog will appreciate a place for fresh air (please note a small, nightly pet fee) and a private hot tub. The beach is just across the street.



    A gathering room upstairs is great for drinks and games, with a mini-fridge, raised table, futon, and fireplace (this room can be used as a bedroom if needed). A private washer/dryer allows you to take care of any laundry you may have.



    There are three bedrooms in this home - two feature a queen bed with a TV and full private bath, while the last offers a two twin-over-queen bunk beds, an air hockey table, and a flatscreen TV. Up to 12 guests will sleep comfortably here, including some with limited mobility, as you'll find everything you need on the first floor.



    This house is perfect for a family or group of friends - enjoy classic beach activities steps from the house, or wander to either Cape Kiwanda or Bob Straub State Park for a fun excursion and beautiful sights. Opportunities to stand-up paddleboard and kayak are possible on the Nestucca River, and a number of delicious dining options are nearby.

We loved this beach rental home. Has something for everyone. Kids enjoyed the fusbol and arcade games. Adults loved the outdoor balcony with plenty of seating and glorious views. The hot tub was clean and hot. We had a problem getting the fire pit going and sent an email. The management company was right on it and got it working the same day. We will look to stay here again.

Great location and view. Kids loved the upstairs and hot tub. When we arrived, the bedspread was dirty but I text the property manager and they came right away to swap it out and even had a propane tank on hand to swap the empty on at the gas fire pit. I was very impressed with the quick response.

The location can't be beat! The house was everything our family needed for an extended weekend beach trip. Plenty of movies, games, puzzles and a very short walk to the beach kept us more than happy. The WIFI was atrocious. I had to reset the router and modem numerous times a day for it to work, and when it did, it wouldn't last long at all. So, don't rent this place expecting to do any remote work or you will have a bad time. It could be the 20 year old router creating the internet issues but either way, the WIFI is awful (and cell service is very bad). The hot tub was up to temp and working well, it had a slightly off smell to it though (not enough to not use or avoid but certainly could have used a chlorine tab in the floating dispenser). I inquired about chlorine tabs to put in the floating dispenser but was told they don't have chemicals for guests, which makes sense. The 10AM checkout on our last day was egregious to say the least, even hotels give you until 11 or 12. Outside of the awful WIFI, slight smell of the tub and the 10AM checkout this place had everything we needed and more. We would rent this house again without hesitation. We're happy we found this place and hope to come back soon. This would be an easy 10/10 rating if the internet worked.

We stayed at the property to celebrate my daughters birthday. The location was great. The property manager was very responsive to all of our questions. We enjoyed our stay.

Great getaway spot

We had a great time at this rental. It’s secluded enough from everything and a short drive to Lincoln City and Tillamook. We are definitely coming back.

Ocean delight

We enjoyed our stay so much! Quick access to the beach, wonderful views, especially from the upstairs deck. The house is huge, plenty of room to spread out. Loved it!

The place was great. Hot tub was cold when we got there but by the second morning it was up to temperature. The tvs need updated they had no way to access netflix, prime ect. Also the dvd player stopped working like to nights in. Other than that it was great.

Definitely beach experience. Lovely house, nice getaway. Heads up beach with lots of unleashed dogs which was a challenge for our two leased rescues..

Wonderful Stay!!

The house is in a great location and had everything our party of 10 needed. We had great communication with hosts, amazing views and easy beach access. I will definitely be recommending with friends and family, and coming back!!
