"Close meaning in the heart of the U of MN and surrounded by the stadiums. with access to the light rail and bus directly in front of the hotel."

"The room was ok. Beds were much smaller than expected. They seemed to be full size not Queen as advertised. Exterior security was nonexistent! 30 vehicles had their windows broken out overnight! It was suggested to my husband this was not the 1st time. Needless to say we left the next morning. Won't be staying there again."

"Great hotel! The front desk staff was just ok. Being from Texas I’m used to really nice people. When I went to check out and ask for a copy of my receipt, the front desk clerk seemed put out. Other than that, all was good."

"The location was just perfect to where we needed to be. Close to restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping. The room was spacious and clean. Couldn't hear lots of noise which made for a restful sleep. The best surprise was the bar! We loved all the drinks there. 100/100 in taste, design, and the bar staff was so fun and friendly. Will definitely go back at this hotel if we are in MN again."

"Property was maintained and very clean, and in a great location close to the river. We had dinner at Umbra and breakfast at Chloe — for both, the food was pretty good but the service really wasn't the best. I will say that, at Chloe, the manager on duty was very quick to apologize for the service and comped our entire meal even though we didn't feel it was necessary. Overall, we'd stay here again."

"It was only myself so the no dresser was perfect. I liked the knobs to hang clothes. It was clean and I loved no carpet. The smell of the hotel was fabulous. I wish they would sell that!"

"Probably the best hotel I have stayed at for a very reasonable price. My room was huge.The gym is excellent and the freebees like snacks, coffee and drinks is very nice. Highly recommended. Johan"

"In the first room given, the AC didn't work, but they immediately gave us a bigger new room with good AC. However the view from the window is a narrow wall. But because we stayed only to sleep, it did not really matter. We couldn't find the hair dryer, they gave one fast. Finally the original hair dryer was found in the drawer inside the bathroom. We like the room is big. The ammenities should be asked. Slippers, toothbrush, toothpaste were not provided in the room if we did not ask. Then...

"Only had a short stay but the air was out in the lobby. Not sure if that is fixed. If your staying here in the next couple days from 7/9/26 call to verify. The rooms are really big! awesome. EXCEPT... they have used something to cover up the smoke in the room from someone smoking. Need to do a deep clean/odor eat and replace filter in hvac if possible."

"This is a good hotel to stay in. The only problem is parking … if you park yourself and walk about a half mile to park your own car it’s only $27 a day additional. However, the best option is the expensive $40 per day valet parking. There is no other parking at the property. If I had known this upfront, I would’ve probably stayed somewhere else."
