"Parking spot was great, wish there was more transparency that this was extension of a home but had no issues with it, host was easy to work with and communicated well. The WiFi password was listed wrong on the printouts and the text. During the spring/summer there are a lot of bugs and a citronella candle could help with that. Didn’t mind at all to clean dishes but a drying rack would have been helpful so we didn’t have to just keep them all in the sink. "

"Tristin is an excellent host, answered all questions and resolved issues that arose. This house is very comfortable and all necessities were available. Yes, the steps are steep, yes the bathroom is upstairs. This is an updated old house and these features accompany age. Great value and close to many of the things we planned to do in Dayton."

"The rental was not without merit but for every positive there was a dissapointment. The shower was nice but the bathmat was stained from water that repeatedly soaked it from the water that leaked from the door. It had a nice covered front porch to sit on but it was questionable if you wanted to use it. One example was a man yelling as he walked with a long stick hitting signs and posts as he brisky walked up the street. It had a coffee pot but only 2 cups that held hot liquid and did not leak....

"This house was perfect for what we needed. We came to bike the different paths converging in Xenia. There was plenty of room with very comfortable furniture, a tv in every bedroom plus a tv in the living room. The refrigerator had filtered water which was an added bonus since we had to fill several water bottles everyday. Parking in the back made it easy to unload everything without having to do steps.
