Property is convenient, clean and comfortable. Communication with the host, Michael is outstanding. Had a wonderful visit with family during our stay. After a significant snowfall, Michael had the driveway and sidewalk cleared first thing the next morning.

Another Fabulous Stay

This was our 2nd stay at this property and we have booked other rentals with this owner and every stay has been perfect! We were in town for our daughter's graduation from Oberlin College and this home was only about 25 minutes from the college. The house was clean, had all the comforts of "home" and as usual Michael, the owner, was quick to respond to any questions we had. Thanks again for another great visit to Avon!

Eclipse family gathering

We had a great time staying at this property. It was perfect for our three families and two dogs. The neighborhood is lovely. We walked to the park a few times. Would stay here again. We saw beautiful views of the eclipse.

Great Stay in a Quiet Neighborhood

The home is perfectly located close to the western suburbs and downtown Cleveland. When visiting with family in the area it was a great place to wind down and relax between various activities.
