Parking +, WIFI, Ideal for work retreat, distance learning kids, bring mat for yoga by lake, Kids can feed the ducks, PARADISE ! THIS IS THE PLACE
You can use our private dock but NOT the lift. Please let us know if you are planning on bringing a pet as we do have a pet policy/pet fees. No mooring whips anymore, they got broken, people didn’t know how to use it and they got broken multiple times. You might see them on the photo, but they’re not there anymore for our guest to use it. Please bring your life jacket if you’re planning on kayaking or going in the water.

Although some things could be updated, the house was honestly clean, spacious and perfect for what was needed for my family. Unfortunately, the weather didn't agree with us the week we arrived but the view and deck was still amazing. I loved that it the host also included kayaks for those who stay.

Just as Advertised!It didn’t take long at all to feel right at home. The location truly can’t be beat...honestly, this view has to rank in the top three on all of Clear Lake. The house was perfectly stocked with everything we needed to settle in comfortably for our four-day stay.Everyone raves about the sunsets here (and rightfully so... they’re absolutely breathtaking), but I have to give a special shout-out to the sunrises. Simply unbelievable. Each morning greeted us with vibrant, dramatic colors that felt almost unreal. Yes, it means waking up early, but it’s 100% worth it to witness how a day begins on Clear Lake, CA.As for fishing, I spent time on my private dock every day, though the fish weren’t cooperating this trip. After talking with other anglers around the lake, it was clear everyone was experiencing the same slowdown. The water temperatures had dropped recently, and most agreed that was the cause. Even fishermen with high-end boats and sonar pulled up to my prime dock spot and tried their luck... with no success. Their fish finders showed plenty of bass holding near the bottom right under and around the dock, but they just weren’t active. That’s bass fishing when temps fall fast. I’ll get them next time!If you’re planning a trip to Clear Lake and want a peaceful, relaxing retreat, this is the place. It’s more than just somewhere to stay... it truly feels like home. Thank you for sharing your beautiful house with us. We’ll see you again in April!

So much fun! Great property, very comfy, wish we could have stayed longer. Caught lots of fish!! Traveled with 2 kids 1 toddler and a dog, so it was really nice that the yard was fenced.Easy location, and nice to have off street, secure parking.

Here's your polished **Vrbo-ready** version:---We had such a great time staying at this Clear Lake rental! The house was just as described, well-kept, super comfortable, and right on the water, which made it easy to relax and enjoy the view. My 7-year-old niece had the best time learning to fish off the dock. It was her first time, and we’re pretty sure it’s a memory that’s going to stick with her forever. We also loved being able to swim right from the property, it was so convenient and fun.The weather happened to be absolutely perfect during our stay, mild and beautiful, which just made everything feel even more enjoyable. Of course, that’s something out of anyone’s control, but it truly added to the experience.Martine was a kind, communicative host who made the whole process smooth and welcoming. Her hospitality really made a difference in how at home we felt.This was exactly the kind of peaceful getaway we needed. Relaxing stay.

We really enjoyed the girls weekend away at this home. We found it to be very clean, beds were spacious and comfortable, kitchen has all things you need to cook, clean up, and enjoy. The AC worked great too. Things that effected my overall rating that the home owner has NO control over: we weren't able to swim or kayak as we were notified that the water was not safe at this time due to some type of toxin, this would be a good thing to check while planning your trip. This was the whole focus of this stay so that was disappointing for us. The views were stunning either way, very relaxing and so many great outdoor spots to have your coffee in the morning and enjoy the view and wildlife. Martine was so responsive and timely with all communications, this was a real plus! Thank you for sharing your home with us for the weekend, it was a great time.

Our Labor Day Vacation

The property is very nice and roomy. Wonderful views from the living room/kitchen/ and master bedroom. The dock is also very nice and long - we really enjoyed getting together in the morning and for the sunset. The TV room had a couch that had a broken cushion. We stuffed a pillow in there and made it work, but the couch should be replaced. The yard had a water leak that had been there awhile and the ground was very slimy and slippery there were also bees and wasps gathering there. One of the kids almost took a bad fall walking thru there. This is a hazard and should be fixed. Everything else was nice and the home feels secure with the gated entry and driveway. thank you letting us stay ~ Sincerely Hanna

Family stay

The host is kind and responsive. Unfortunately it was really hot the weekend we visited. Also water conditions did not allow for any swimming. The air conditioner was also off when we arrived and the first night was uncomfortable. We wanted to swim but the algae did not allow for any water fun.
