Enjoy a wonderful and convenient location within walking distance of the lodge, the inn, and all the available restaurants. The golf driving range is close as well as the par-three golf by Swiftwater. Other great local attractions include Swiftwater Cellars, Prospector Golf Course, Dawson Park, Speelyi Beach (day-use area), Lake Easton State Park, Teanaway Community Forest, and Summit Central - The Summit At Snoqualmie.

Delight yourself with a peaceful reading session in the sunshine on the front porch, challenge your friends to an entertaining Ping-Pong match, play board games, or show your skills by doing puzzles. The lovely backyard provides you with a wonderful spot to unwind - gather around the firepit, dine alfresco, or host memorable barbecues for the crew.

Upon entering, you'll be greeted by a warm and welcoming open floor plan. Snuggle up in front of the gas fireplace and stream your favorite shows and movies on the smart TV. When mealtime comes, put on the chef's apron and prepare culinary masterpieces in the well-appointed kitchen, complete with all stainless steel appliances. The first floor also enjoys a primary bedroom with a smart TV and an en suite bathroom. Upstairs, you will discover two additional bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is a second primary suite with a desk and an en suite bathroom with a large soaking tub that is wonderful after a nice hike or cross-country skiing.

It was a perfect fit for us. My wife and I invited two other couples to join us for a wedding weekend and this place was a perfect size and gave us all the amenities that we needed.

Nice home and location

This home is lovely and well appointed. It is in a great location, close to everything in every direction. Beds are comfy even for my husband with back issues. Love that it’s dog friendly. Dog dish provided. Kitchen has most of what you need, with a few exceptions (need a big colander). There was no coffee for the Kurig. We had instacart deliver some, and we forgot our leftovers, so that won’t be an issue for the next guest at least… and it’s good to know that delivery is an option. It was quick too. Ping pong was a family hit. There are some items for outdoor use across the seasons. There aren’t many board games, bring your own. A giant Christmas tree was in the corner. We visited in December so it was nice to have seasonal decor. Manager was exceptionally responsive. House was overall clean. Felt better about it than most and we’ve rented several houses on trips. A few minor things were missed in cleaning but no major deal breakers and the cleaning crew had been delayed due to weather (it had snowed). My son immediately pulled off his comforter as it seemed to have food stains on it. House needs some drawer and cupboard organization but again, that’s just a preference not a deal breaker. Overall, a very good rental. 4 stars from us.

Touch of Luxury - better than home away from home

Clean and comfortable, nice finishes and nice linens. The house is both homey and a little upscale. No heavy air "fresheners"! Traveled with our little Corgi dog and enjoyed Suncadia and local hiking in the area. We have stayed in four different places in Suncadia. We would definitely return to this home.

Great property

The property was perfect for three families with some kids. Nice, clean and spacious. Close enough walk to the Inn and the Hotel. Lastly, the area lost power during our stay, but Suncadia recovered very quickly, while other parts of the area were still out.
