It actually went back up at 2 am. I had medication in fridge and was starting to get nervous. "We had a 4 night stay and I feel that, overall, the property did not leave up to the "exceptional" level. CONS: The bunk bed and the sofa were very squeaky and uncomfortable which made getting a good night of sleep impossible. The breakfast was really limited, and kids got tired of the waffles pretty quickly. The pool was shallow and very crowded during the day. The Gym and Pool were well maintained and were available until midnight which was very convenient compared to most hotels. There's a very nice mall adjacent to the Hotel with plenty of restaurants in the area and felt safe to walk, even at night. "Loved this hotel. Good distance from the main attractions. The highlight is the cleanliness of our room and the overall layout. Bed were comfortable and the AC is cold!!!this one is great because when you set it at cold it is cold and stays that way til you’re freezing! I hope they dont change it in the summer. Definitely will come back to this hotel with this amenity alone. My only very minor complaint would be the pillows, they have 0 firmness by next mornings you’re almost laying flat on...
