"Desk staff was nice, efficient. A housekeeper had just cleaned it, was friendly and offered help if we needed anything. It was too late when we realized we only had one towel for two adults (oh, and the empty shampoo and conditioner bottles were still in the shower). "Very good breakfast. Room. Was very clean and everything was very good"

"Arrived at hotel around 3:45 PM expecting to be able to check-in by 4PM. Room was not ready, so we waited in lobby until 4:20. We were then told it would be at least 20 more minutes. We went to get something to eat, came back, and had to wait until room was finally ready at 6 PM. There were 2 towels and 2 washcloths, and our reservation was for 3 people. I had to ask for more linens at the front desk."
