After a long, hot day, not being able to shower was extremely frustrating. What made the situation worse was that I tried calling the emergency contact number, but no one answered. I also attempted to contact reception and received no response there either. This wasn't just a maintenance issue—it was a failure...

"We stayed for a short weekend in Norfolk, decided on this stunning hotel. Was welcomed nicely in by the reception desk staff, room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Woke up to a lovely breakfast buffet both mornings. The golf course was impressive to see, even though we don’t play it ourselves. "This is an amazing place to stop , very clean , warm and everything you need to have a good stay , it was -3 when i stopped but was warm n snug , tesco and lidl at the end of the road. I will definitely be stopping again when im up this way "
