"This place was great! A little apartment with a 3 minute walk to the beach. The staff were amazing. This is in the suburbs of Ravenna, not too many speak English other than the hotel staff but it’s so amazing and not touristy. We are going to go back!"

"Overcharged for breakfast and add ons...16 euros each for pastry and coffee breakfast, 8 euros each for water, 29 euros for 1/2 litre of wine, booked and paid thru Expedia and at checkout demanded another 125 Euros difference. Apparently could not understand even when I used Google translate. Contacted Expedia after to try and resolve problem, hotel said they had given me a complimentary "upgrade" and had neglected to take it off my bill and could not refund to the card I paid with but would...
