"This was by far one of the worst experiences. When we checked in they put us in apartment 14 which was an absolute dump! It looked like an apartment on Gun Hill Rd in the Bronx. On the 2nd morning we woke up and the bathroom and bedroom were flooded due to an old rusted pipe in the bathroom. "I never got to stay at this property, although my credit card was billed to stay at this property. I was redirected to another motel (Sandcastle Resort) in the area due to no availability. The hotel I was redirected to was clearly not aware of my reservation or my presence. Nothing in the room was prepared for guest arrival. Spiders and cobwebs were in every common area, which shows no one did the basic cleaning and upkeep. There was no running water every day from 12am-2pm! I couldn't shower or...

"Our 7 night stay was great! The room was clean, the location is walking distance to everything and it has 24 hour security.
