"We stayed in the peony bunk room with our three young children. The kids loved the bunk beds and there was so much space. The double showers and toilets were very useful. The couch was a little well-loved, but comfortable. The staff was very kind, and the bakery downstairs was excellent. We had very good coffee and breakfast the morning we left. The street outside should be finished with construction soon - then it will be ideal for walking directly into the old town. We would stay here again!"

"Aksara Heritage is a phenomenal boutique hotel in Chiang Mai. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful and made us feel extremely safe and comfortable. Within an hour of arriving they had a massage and mani pedi booked for us and a tour arranged for next day. The grounds are well kept and the surrounding area is very walkable with tons of food and shopping options. Dao and Ming were both instrumental to our stay in Chiang Mai! Would definitely recommend. "

"Chambre vraiment très propre et pratique. Personnel au aux petits soins pour la plupart. Ils sont très serviables. "After a 6 night stay we did not want to leave. So very clean and comfortable and in a great position to explore the city. All staff are a credit to the hotel and are interested in finding out what you got up to during the day. Breakfast was top notch. We had a room with larger bathroom , this hotel is one we will always remember and hope to return to. Allan and Trish, Scotland"
