"excellent service, have stayed in this property twice now. "

"J’ai aimé y rester pendant 7 nuits avec mes enfants. La gérante nous a donné 2 chambres communicantes car la porte de la douche de la première chambre était cassée. Je la remercie pour son geste. Le petit déjeuner était bon et varié. L’hôtel est bien situé. Et le service du voiturier est excellent et très pratique. Notre séjour était très bien."

"The hotel is spectacular and the staff are amazing. A huge well equipped gym, secure underground parking, amazing breakfast, nice roof top bar and pool, smart comfortable rooms. The only downside is the hotel is in town I’m not such a nice area. The area around the hotel doesn’t look nice. This isn’t a problem though as you would just drive or get an Uber where ever you want to go. You wouldn’t want to walk around outside the hotel, especially at night. I highly recommend the hotel. "We’ve stayed at this hotel about two years ago then we stayed in one of the roof top airstreamers this time we booked a larger room with king size bed. The room was smaller than advertised with a cramped bathroom. This said this is a great location near bokap and waterfront at a great price. "

"Great stay. Location awesome walking distance to lots of things and very central. Easy check in and safe surroundings with lots of security Improvements would need to be communication. Organised in advance airport shuttle only to be told they “missed the messages” and didn’t send anyone."

"We absolutely loved our time at the Trade. The rooms were adorable and fully equipped with everything you could ever need. The staff were lovely and accommodating and the area was so lively and vibrant. The street gets a bit loud as there are a few bars across the street so definitely be prepared; bring ear plugs and ask for a quieter room on weekends if you’re a light sleeper. All in all 10/10. We wish we had a Trade in our city! "

"The rooms are very well appointed, large and very clean. The staff are fantastic. Jason, the shift manager went above and beyond to assist me when I became ill at the end of my visit. He and his staff ensured that I had every single thing I needed to be comfortable as I recovered. Rozen was a joy to engage with at breakfast each morning. This is a wonderful property within walking distance to the Victoria Wharf. I'm excited to stay at this property during future visits to Cape Town. "

"Purely a gem. I was concerned about staying in a hotel in the Bo Kaap area. Everything was terrific beginning with the staff that couldn’t do enough for us, the room was large and very clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable as well. The area was quite convenient for restaurants and activities. The area was quite safe for Cape Town. Breakfast was yummy. There’s also a shuttle to the V&A waterfront. We will be back soon!"

"I stayed at ONOMO for 10 days and I had a lovely time . The room was spacious and the bed very comfy so were the pillows . I am very grateful for the way the staff treated me especially Patrick who was lovely he made sure that all my requirements were met . George the driver was lovely too ,not to mention the girls at reception who were ever so kind to me . I can safely say that this hotel can be recommended to anyone travelling to Cape Town, Thanks to all at ONOMO Hotel xx"
