"This hotel was great. The staff was super welcoming, flexible and friendly. We have been staying at the Holiday Inn Express for the last several years now, each time that we travel, because the quality and service are always top-notch. The whole hotel was very new, the room was exceptional and they allowed me to use their conference room without any hesitation when I asked for them to open it for me. "We have stayed here over the years but this time they added $40 fee for parking at the hotel?"

"The rooms were big and everything was clean. The beds were springy, but ok. The room needed some updating with wallpaper peeling and fixtures in the bathroom wonky."

"Rooms were clean, thoughtfully stocked with kitchen supplies. It was a nice touch by the hotel to provide bottled waters. It’s located in a convenient location with lots of food options. It’s mostly quiet but there is a train track next to it so expect some noise"

When checking in, hotel debited our credit card $150 for each night ($300) "separate reservations" saying that it would be credited to our credit card upon checkout. It has not been, to this date, 12 days later! They also, in order to move us closer to our daughter's room, (after telling them we wanted a comparable room to the one we reserved) they did not. They moved us to an over-large handicap room...
