"the guy working was great and did what he could. the building needs attention and we couldn’t even get a key for the door. ridiculous. i only rated the three because it wasn’t the fault of the front desk or employees that can do anything about it. what a terrible position to make a desk person deal with. do better."

"The only issue was the front desk (day of check in) girl who was rude with each encounter. All other staff were very friendly and attentive."

"Everything was great and the staff was amazing gold 5 stars all around the only issue I had was that after coming back from going out trying to get into my room my key cards kept locking me out and I had to go down to the front desk and have them reactivate them the staff were super friendly and helpful and got it working everytime though"
