"This is a fairly higher priced location - and it is surprising they do offer a free breakfast, or even a continental breakfast bar. Instead they offer an overpriced cafe where a cup of yogurt costs $10 - which is a total rip off. it's a decent hotel - sure - but they gouge, so be ready to leave for anything you want regarding food. This place is an ok place to sleep, and that's all. "

"Decent breakfast. Mediocre coffee. In our case, the decaf was cold. Great room, nice full kitchen. Easy access to exit door on the side. We love this place. We take walks around the lake in front of the property. Multiple restaurant options within walking distance."

"The pool and hot tub were both broken. They gave us free breakfast to compensate. The carpet on the 4th floor seemed to be overlaid on previous carpet. It was difficult for the wheelchair to move over it. The bed height was not easily accessible in the handicapped room."

"I'm sure this place has been great - but it's seen better days now. My floor in my room was soaking wet - they moved me to another room. Everything is just tired now. Too bad for such a great facility."

"While this is a cheap option. Tv didn’t work kept freezing. The shower was horrible, barely any water came from the shower head, the room was so muggy that the floors were wet from moist. Everything else was okay. Good for a 1 night stay just to keep sleep."

"Room was clean, kitchen was stocked, we had everything we needed without having to disturb staff or be disturbed. We came over Mother’s Day weekend and it was very chaotic. The lobby had a disgruntled customer who came in early to get her room key and had to wait four hours until check in. She made a scene and was very loud complaining about how she wasn’t being catered to fast enough. Jenna assisted me during check in and was balancing the lobby full of other customers the disgruntled customer...

"We had a beautiful suite with a balcony overlooking TPC Sawgrass entrance. Location was ideal and we enjoyed the hot tub and amenities. Wish we had been able to stay more than one night. "

"No breakfast available other than juice and coffee at 7:30. Door did not close well looked like someone had tried to break open the lock however place was clean and very comfort and well located for all amenities required when traveling. We would stay there again without a problem"
