There was laundry available in a separate area downstairs from the courtyard. This was easy to use but busy. Wifi worked well. Couple things to note though: Pull out couch is not comfortable and extra linens were not readily available so no extra duvet covers or pillow cases were stocked until after we made the request. "We really had a fantastic experience here. The location is perfect for all of the restaurant choices we made as well as the canal cruise we booked. We also appreciate shaving bike rentals onsite and the option to do just a few hours vs paying for a whole day. The hotel decor is quirky and fun. The staff made us feel welcome and it was notable they were flexible with our needs. We would stay here again for certain!"

"Breakfast was good, with good quality, although same everyday. The bar had plenty of options to drink, open 24 hours, but limited snack options, and no tv. The main issue was the room, no ac, just a fan on the ceiling, and the carpet in the hallway was smelly. The bathroom has a revolving door that kept opening, with no lock. And TV had no channels, you could only castplay from you phone or tablet on it."
