"I don’t liked thia hotel! The hotel is very dirty and old, with a horrible smell of cigarettes throughout the entire hotel, and the dirt on the carpet is clearly visible! The location is excellent, but I don't recommend it; for the price charged, it leaves much to be desired! There's no hairdryer in the room, the bed linens are old, and the towels are awful. No breakfast, no coffee in reception"

"The owners are very nice and try to please but has gone down a lot since I was there 3 years ago. Rooms have basically what you need and is centrally located but the wooden tables outside are splintered and not really where you’d want to sit. There is a small microwave in the room and a refrigerator which comes in handy. A small round table and 2 chairs. A desk chair that was shedding its vinyl. Rooms are clean but could use a painting. "I loved my solo stay here! I came into town one night for a concert and was very happy with the Hollander house. Kenneth was very communicative and attentive via email and easily reachable. "Rented this hotel for the last stay of our trip because it had a pool. We'll when we got there unfortunately someone got sick in the pool and the shut the pool down because it had to be cleaned and wait for the a sample to be taken. So I had to deal with a very unhappy fella after being outside all day in the heat watching the nascar race at Dover. I know has nothing to do with the staff but I feel I was defeated after a long day and wanted to cool off myself."
