"We stayed in the Wizard themed room… Such a lovely room and a great idea. Real HP experience including a wizard breakfast too. Special coins for the tuck shop which the kids loved. Our friends also stayed in the apartment which they loved too. "

"The staff are some of the nicest people! Every person from reception, to the folks working the breakfast room to the people cleaning our rooms everyone was so kind and helpful. Our room was clean and the bed was the best; so comfortable! Our room faced the street but we never heard a thing from outside. The rooms are itty bitty tiny and we could only open one suitcase at a time on the floor. After getting what we needed from our suitcases we had to zip them up and stand them upright to have...

"The place was small but efficient for our travels. They were accommodating with our luggage storage while we explored London for the day. Only issue was the shower head spraying the whole bathroom. Other than that, great place, excellent location and we had a great and relaxing stay."

"The staff and convenient are lovely. We were annoyed that the pool closed at the time posted but when we would show with an hour to close they would discourage us from using facilities. Other than this inconvenience, the stay was quite memorable. We will return as guests again."

"We travelled to London for a concert at the Eventim Apollo and this hotel was ideal for a one night stay. We wandered round Westfield shopping centre in the afternoon, then it's a 15 minute walk to the hotel. Once we were ready to go out it was just a 15 minute walk to the concert, and there are plenty of places to eat and drink on the way there. Hotel staff were friendly and the room was nice and clean. Would stay here again "
