"The hotel itself seemed decent; however, the room was rather dated, and the beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable. The pillows were also far too rigid, resulting in one of the worst nights of sleep I’ve ever had. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of food, and the staff were friendly. I chose the hotel due to its proximity to a business meeting, but I would not stay there again."

"We stayed here last year and absolutely loved it and the service was excellent. I have to say it wasn’t quite the same this time. Breakfast was quite chaotic. The buffet was not being replenished and there were people waiting over 5 minutes by the coffee to get the filter jug refilled. We had the cooked breakfast and when we came last year toast was served with it. We waited a while and no toast came. I tried to get the attention of a waiter but in fairness they were all busy. "Extremely helpful and courteous staff on check in and throughout our stay. The location is incredible for low traffic volumes but proximity to Earls Court subway lines (to airport and on main District line). Rooms were small (no chairs to drink morning coffee) but bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. I would definitely return."
