"Place was in a building under construction in which the apartment is very hidden and the instructions to find it were not clear. The place was really dark at night and made everything more difficult to find. Someone saw us struggling at night trying to find the place and guided us to the apartment. The host was not very accommodating regarding our request to ck out at 12 rather we than 11 am so that we could finish an activity that ran late. "

"The hotel is very nice but has some issues that are not acceptable at this price point. The rooms are clean but could use some upgrades. The bathroom had cracked tiles, sink that drained very slow, one of the sinks didn’t dispense cold water, etc.
The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating and the ocean front views are breath taking.
We did have some issues with our door not locking and unlocking upon arrival and the hotel also forgot to pick us up after one of the tours we booked...

"The staff is amazing! the ladies that manage the lovely breakfast buffet are amazing!! Especially Jules & Bonnie!! They greet people, tell them how it works, so friendly to everyone !! Lots of choices and very clean with hot coffee starting at 7:00am! Our room was well cleaned every day and extra touches by our sweet lady."

"The hotel was beautiful, however there were a few details that were overlooked and some water issues.
The whole week we were there we did not have hot water in the shower and were told it was because of the high occupancy. There were also some basics in the room that were missing such as wineglasses, corkscrew and when we asked we were told there would be a delivery charge to get them.
The bathrooms at the beach/pool that are shared with the Reef were out of order because they had low water....
