"The kids and I had a two night stay at Corrina’s farm. We had a great time meeting the animals and toasting marshmallows on the fire. Corrina is a fantastic host and was very welcoming and kind. Thanks for a good mini break. "

"Beautiful and cozy place. Very well maintained and clean. Also loved when the pademelons came for a visit. Host was amazing very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend the stay. "

"Great tiny house, clean and modern fittings. The heated bathroom floor and the spa (shared) was a win for this property. We were able to see local wallaby and surprisingly some peacocks by the neighbours tree. Warm bread delivery daily as part of the stay was another win as we stayed during a very cold few days. Would stay again but on the other buildings facing the mountains as we had limited view being cut off by the other tiny homes. "

"Our stay in Illinbah was hugely anticipated, and more than lived up to expectations. The cottage is simple but beautifully decorated with fresh, quality furnishings and modern fixtures. The kitchen is well stocked with really lovely crockery and glassware. The hosts have anticipated their guests beautifully - we had everything we needed and nothing we didn’t. "Katy the owner was so friendly as well her dog Butler. Beautiful river which is easy access from the cabins. Our stay was short due to other committments during the day but by night it was so peaceful. We bonded because of no wi-fi which was great not having kids or us on technology. Different experience for us from our normal hotel/motel stay but we loved it. "

"It was a great stay, despite the rain. The next day, when the rain cleared, the views were fantastic! We couldn't get the hotplates to work, tried everything, and perhaps an instruction brochure or pointers would have been helpful. Apart from that, the apartment is beautifully appointed, with great heating and fantastic beds! I will definitely recommend this stay."

"This is a "Tiny" house - very small to what we expected but at least it has a large verandah with an outdoor table & seats plus 2 sun chairs where one can sit out and admire the lovely mountain view. Ample power points. Firepit out the front with BBQ hotplates & mesh grill was used every day & for us this was the highlight and the reason we chose this property. The immediate surrounds are untidy and ugly - mainly old building debris which should be cleaned away if it's to be used for...

"We throughly loved our stay. Poonyahra Retreat is absolutely beautiful in every way; location, cleanliness, amenities, and communication. It was 5 star all the way. We absolutely loved every moment of our stay at Poonyahra Retreat! This place is stunning in every way—from its perfect location to the impeccable cleanliness and thoughtful amenities. "We had a fantastic weekend, it's a beautiful area and the house is really lovely. Please be advised there is no Wifi - I couldn't see that info until just before the holiday. Would be great to have it posted on the booking site. It did however not detract from our amazing weekend. Spa was great and rooms were clean and comfy. Would 100% book again."

"Very personal and helpful hosts. Wonderful B&B with everything needed for stress free holiday. We rented entire 4 bedroom guest house. Lots of nice foods supplied and Christmas choccies and decorations. Comfy beds and warm atmosphere. We were trapped for extra day by road closures due to flooding and Veriest the manager went out of her way to gift us food supplies. Highly recommended B&B."
