"The only complaint I have is that the toilet in our room was extremely low to the ground."

"They don’t tell you that there’s a deposit fee and that your suppose to get back but they keep"

"The location was great and the hotel room was fine and clean. The cleaining staff were very nice. Coffee makers were advertised to be in each room. I called to request one and it took a day and half until someone in guest services delivered one. In addition, my hairdryer was broken and also took two days to replace. I had many meetings and this was an issue. The Guest Service Department needs training and revamping. Sadly I will find different accommodations next time."

"Good was clean but ac system was loud"

"Comfortable beds, attentive service, and great location."
