"The place was in a perfect location right in the centre of the city. Huge apartment for 2 people, amazing modern kitchen and lovely comfy bed.
Security was amazing...key fobs to get into the building/access the lift and apartment.
Beautifully clean and modern apartment with trendy kitchen/appliances.
Great communication with the owner, pretty instant to be honest.
Would defo stay again! "

"Pretty much spot on. Staff were great, food was a touch expensive, but I accept that as it’s a hotel. Was pretty good though. Now, only let down was the temperature of the room, BUT I knew there was no air con. It is made really clear on the website.

"Stayed here in February. Check-in was quiet, staff are friendly and helpful. Our room was number 5 and was beautiful with modern equipment. It nice and warm in our room throughout our stay. No need to go out, just get parked and have your evening meal in the pub/restaurant, I can recommend the fish & chips. If you are looking for accommodation in this area, I would definitely recommend Pack Horse. "

"Spa was lovely and enjoyable.
However my room smelled of stale smoke, the bathroom had mould round bath. No air con and window did not open. When I reached up to try and open it was very dusty. No mini fridge. At the bar I was the only customer, i said i was sat outside (in view of the bar) but drink did not arrive. When i went in, it was just sat unattended on the bar. Felt overall a little disappointed. Chose not to stay a second night. "
