"Bottleworks is very unique hotel- beautiful restoration of the Coca Cola factory. Very spacious rooms and hallways with interesting exhibitions like an old photo cameras on the wall. Nice area around and parking garage just across the street - 18$ parking. Will stay there when I visit Indianapolis !"

"The room was spacious and clean. We stayed for a sporting tournament and had close access to local coffee, Whole Foods, and eateries. Beds were comfortable. Staff was attentive and friendly. 10min walk to convention center. The hotel felt safe but typical downtown once you step outside. Would book again for how clean everything was and for how comfortable the beds were."

"they charge 33.00 a day for parking. They offer no free continual breakfast. A cup of coffee, burrito, cup f oatmeal with fruit cost 40.00. They give you a bag with water, chips and a cookie upon checking in, thought it was free only to be charged 6.00 for it."

"I appreciate the spaciousness of the room but the rooms could use an upgrade. The furniture is dated and there was a stale smell to both rooms we were in. Nice place if you are more concerned with space over luxury"

"While we found the staff to be friendly and helpful, the problem with the hotel is the location. It is right next to the bus station, and on a busy street (S. Delaware) that has LOUD cars and motorcycles racing by at all hours of the night. In addition, there is a lot of homeless people around the building. There is an abandoned building across the street on E. Washington and a number of homeless hang out there. We also saw a guy on drugs bent over and just standing there in a daze. I...

Dealing with customer service was a complete nightmare as their check in process was awful and when I had a problem, it just got worse. When I got to the property, I realized I had a big problem on my hands and checked into a hotel nearby. Stay far away from this place and Company as even though they agreed...
