Only negative was the 7th floor terrace was closed 2 of the 3 nights we were there for a relaxing drink with a view !! Otherwise everything was perfect. Location is excellent for tourists."

Location was excellent with a bus stop right in front, and walking distance from the light rail train station (direct line from the airport which is 45mins and 3$). They also organized a shuttle for the cruise terminal for me so I didn’t need to figure that out, takes 15-20 minutes for 10$. Close to a lot of attractions."

"Staff was attentive. Valets were great with parking and retrieving the 15 passenger van we were using. Hotel is located close the restaurants and the Paramount theater. Walking distance to monorail to get to Space Needle."

"We truly cannot wait until we have another opportunity to stay here! Staff was exceptional in attentiveness and kindness. Beds were so comfortable. Room was clean and quiet. Location couldn't better for walking, dining, shopping, people watching. Property condition will be even better after all updates to the property are completed. Our only very small request would be to keep the hot tub open beyond 10pm for adults. Even 11pm would have been nice. :)"
