"I stayed at this property with my family, we were in 5 people.
The place was fair away about 20 minutes from Florence but there are plenty taxis available, if you drive a car there is also a lot spots available for parking. The property is great just needs a little be of TLC on the gardens, nice swimming pool, Claudia the property manager was fantastic, she did her best to accommodate us on every details.
The breakfast was good, not to fancy but ordinar"

"This is an excellent property. Very historic, rustic and with great views across the Tuscan landscapes. Lorenzo and his mother were super duper hosts who took great care of us. The property dates back to 1380 and the rooms are decorated with choicest artifacts that adds greatly to the experience. The location is fantastic too with the local market and restaurants in easy walking reach. The breakfast service is fabulous with many choices and Lorenzo himself is great chef as well! Highly recommend...

"I cannot rate this accommodation more highly: great location in Spirito, warm welcome, well equipped apartment with kitchenette, terrace and view out onto the church. Very comfortable bed and high-quality bedding. Will definitely return - thank you for your hospitality!"

"Inicialmente estranhei um pouco, pois parecia vazia e meio abandonada. Logo depois conheci as instalações e os outros hóspedes, já gostei. O ponto alto foi o café da manhã: ambiente fantástico e comida muito boa. Bastante opção!

"Florence was my favorite city during my trip to Italy, and this hotel made the stay even better. The location is excellent—every major attraction is within walking distance. The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. At first, the hotel felt a little more like a guesthouse than a traditional hotel, but it turned out to be an excellent stay. I would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Florence."
