Great home away from home

Easy to find, easy to park, easy in and out :) We had a great time at the house. Very spacious, perfect for a family of 3. We will definitely stay again, next time we're in the area.

Very enjoyable stay

We had a great stay at Millside, with our two dogs. Some great walks to be had, particularly on the coast and at the Kingley Vale nature reserve. The property was very spacious and comfortable. The shower spray over the bath wasn’t the easiest to use but overall it was a lovely place, would love to go back

A lovely lodge with plenty of space for 2 people plus dog. A very good location. Only weakness is the poor tv reception.

The accommodation was excellent, clean and tidy. It’s very spacious and the garden and drive were well maintained.There was a couple of things which we would have preferred and one was a king size bed - the double bed was okay but very small for the room and the second was the shower - there was a shower but it was connected to the wall by the taps making it very hard to use.Unfortunately the week we chose to go was torrential rain and gale force winds so we packed up early and went home as it wasn’t fun with a soaking wet, muddy Labrador.

Wildlife

We loved our stay at Millside it had everything you needed. We had problems with the tv when we arrived but that was soon sorted by the lovely owner. Great to have the little extras like milk & bread left for us and soap etc supplied. Great for watching the wildlife in the garden, rabbits woodpeckers and the resident hedgehog who crossed the garden every evening going foraging. Only an 8 minute walk to The Bosham Inn for Great food.

Great location to stay between days at west wittering beach. A lovely property which was quiet and clean. The bed has a fantastic mattress and quality bedding but the pillows require a refresh. A hand held shower only, a higher wall mount would likely solve this. Kitchen requires a vegetable peeler but all other items a high standard and a pleasure to cook with. Would definitely stay again.

Pet friendly cottage with small back garden. Well equipped kitchen and comfy bedroom with nice linens. Bathroom is fine but really needs a head height bracket for the shower head, without one water goes everywhere as you try to juggle the shower head and soaping up😀 House is on a very quiet street and has easy access to dogs walls including local pub. TV has limited channels but house Wi-Fi worked well. Given proximity to local attractions (Bosham, the Witterings, Chichester and Arundel) would visit again!
