  • Beacon Square es una gran casa familiar ubicada a pocos minutos del paseo marítimo de Emsworth. A solo un corto paseo del agua ya minutos de los restaurantes, cafés y tiendas locales, Beacon Square se encuentra en un lugar excelente para disfrutar de todo lo que Emsworth, nuestro hermoso pueblo portuario, tiene para ofrecer.

    La casa tiene una sala de estar y comedor de buen tamaño que se puede abrir para convertirse en un espacio, o cerrar las puertas dobles y puede separar el área del comedor de la sala. Desde el acogedor salón hay dos puertas altas que se abren al gran jardín. En los meses de verano, el jardín es un lugar perfecto para disfrutar de comidas al aire libre con dos mesas de jardín y sillas suficientes para sentar a toda la familia. La televisión es una televisión inteligente con instalaciones para iniciar sesión en su propia redflix, película amazónica, etc. La televisión tiene canales gratuitos y hay un reproductor de DVD en caso de que quiera acurrucarse con una película por la noche después de un largo día de exploración.

    La cocina bien equipada de Beacon Square tiene todo lo que necesita para auto abastecerse de manera efectiva durante su estadía mientras no esté en uno de los muchos restaurantes independientes locales. La cocina incluye, cocina con vitrocerámica y horno doble, microondas, tostadora, hervidor, dos refrigeradores, dos congeladores, lavavajillas, lavadora y secadora.

    En el primer piso hay tres habitaciones, una habitación doble con una pequeña vista al mar. ¡El agua está mucho más clara en el invierno cuando el follaje está caído! Hay una habitación con dos camas individuales, con una cama en el armario, los huéspedes pueden usarla, pero háganoslo saber para que podamos hacerlo con ropa de cama y una habitación con literas con una cama individual en la parte superior y una cama doble en la parte inferior.

    Hay un montón de estacionamiento en el disco para hasta dos autos grandes o tres pequeños. El wifi gratis está disponible en la propiedad.

Maison très bien placée au calme

Très bon pied à terre à Emsworth près des sentiers côtiers. Pratique, au calme dans très beau quartier. Dommage pour les moquettes si vous êtes allergique aux acariens !

perfect and cosy stay in Emsworth

At Beacon Square we had a pleasant stay, with comfortable sofas and beds. Kitchen is well equipped, with washing machine and tumbler. Beds really comfay. Situated in a quiet area, but everything within short walking distance.

Relocation long stay

Firstly have to say Henry Adams staff have been amazing as due to our house sale falling through we could extend our stay no problem. The house is in a perfect location and lovely garden for the pups, great gardener and communication with HA staff.. The home is very dated and unfortunately uncomfortable (we ordered a sofa early just to have somewhere comfortable to relax ) I didn’t feel it was cleaned very well when we arrived but that was rectified quickly! For a long weekend it’s a good base as such a beautiful walk into Emsworth and shoreline . Long stay needed updates - carpets - toilets - main bed as uncomfortable… Kitchen well stocked Lots of towels and bedding Just all very old and tired

Big house but cleanliness and maintenance need attention

This is a lovely big property in a great location for local amenities. However cleanliness is poor. Carpets were stained and crockery and cutlery grimy. Cobwebs at the corners of windows and generally seemed neglected. The barbecue was unusable as it was covered in overgrown plants as was the garden seat. There is a table and chairs in the garden which is fairly good quality but again we had to clean it all before we could use it. Poor value for money

Lovely house in fab location

The house was in a lovely village with easy access to the beach and Portsmouth. Ideal for our family get together. Couldn’t of asked for anything better for the money.

Emsworth cottage

Superb location - 10 minute walk into Emsworth and 5 minutes to the harbour. Staff helpful when I needed some flexibility in the booking.

A week at Beacon Square

We found Beacon Square to be more than adequate for our week in Elmsworth. The property had everything we needed, was warm, comfortable and well located in a quiet street, a short walk to the front and walking paths. Easy to get to the town and all in all, very pleasant.

Weekend break

Sadly cobwebs on the kitchen ceiling dirty windows in the lounge which we had to clean. No welcome pack like on previous visits. Rest of the house was clean however. Basic comfort. Handy for visiting Portsmouth and surrounding areas. Have Stayed before but will not be back

Relaxed vacation in a quiet residential area

Emsworth is a nice village. The house is very near to the sea. If you want to visit London from there you can take the train without changes. Arundel Castle was superb! Beautiful nature everywhere.

Great Location, with a couple of tweaks could be fabulous

Lovely location and well laid out house. The sea is only a couple of hundred yards away, and there’s no traffic noise so making for a nice break. Furniture and equipment not as good as could be; no egg cups & better than airplane standard cutlery would cost little to do. Toilet seats need fixing I’d go back but probably be better prepared.

Nice family house

Nice family house in quiet surroundings. Great to be able to have a meal in the garden. Close to lovely sea front public footpaths.

Happy Holiday

A wonder position for a holiday, 2/3 minute walk to the coast, and a 8/10 walk to the town centre. The house was loved by adults and children. A most relaxing and quiet neighbourhood. Everything you need for that special holiday.

3 month day at Beacon Square

We had a 3 month booking at Beacon Square, Emsworth. Lovely house with fantastic location. Plenty of room for a family. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

O.K.-but.

This house is in a very quite location but only a short walk from Emsworth. There are however, two things that need to be corrected in this house. The first is the mattresses, they are so soft that I think they need to be replaced, after a few nights I was sleeping on the floor. The second item is the upstairs toilet seat, it needs the attention of a competent handyman. Would I stay here again, probably not.

Overseas visit

Beacon square was a perfect location for our vacation rental. We traveled to England from the U.S. to visit my husbands grandparents and with two young kids needed our own space. The house was clean and well stocked. Kids dishes and cups were a nice surprise. The house is well maintained and the garden is gorgeous. If it didn't rain, we would have really enjoyed it, The house is a short distance to town and I enjoyed the walk every morning. We would stay here again. My own suggestion would be to add a hair dryer. Coming from the U.S., I learned before my hairdryer does not work with a converter. Not a big deal for other visitors from the U.K. But would be a nice addition for guests. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location

A lovely location just a few minutes walk from the coast and town of Emsworth. Nice welcome pack on arrival. Lovely enclosed garden for our dog to enjoy. Very peaceful and a great place to unwind.
