The home has four comfortable bedrooms, all made up and ready for your stay with luxurious bedding, pillows and linen.

✔ 3 x king rooms (1 x ground floor, 2 x first floor)



The downstairs bunk room doubles up as a quiet study space, with a desk and lamp if you need to catch up on some emails. A further king room is found on the ground floor. There is a handy downstairs shower with WC to serve the ground floor rooms.



Upstairs you’ll find two light and airy king bedrooms, each with two large windows and an armchair.



All bedrooms feature:

The Neighborhood:

The house is a 10 minute walk north of East Wittering's pebble and wet sand beach. This beautiful part of West Sussex is popular with holidaymakers, with West Wittering's blue flag beach less than 5 minutes drive.



East Wittering village has plenty of cafes and restaurants as well as a fishmonger, butcher, pharmacy, barbers and greengrocers.



We are also fortunate in the area with numerous great pubs to choose from! The Lamb (West Wittering), The Shore (East Wittering), The Wittering (West Wittering), The Ship (Itchenor) and the Crown & Anchor (Dell Quay).



There are plenty of water-based activities such as kite surfing, kayaking and paddle board hire for the adventurous types in your group!



Chichester is 15 minutes drive. This popular, historic city with an array of bars, restaurants, pubs, shops and coffee shops is well worth a visit. It has a stunning cathedral and theatre.



If you're in the area for horse racing at Goodwood, Revival or the Festival of Speed, this home is a short 15 minute drive away.



Getting Around:

With lots of space to park in the driveway, driving to the house is a good option. But once you're here, you might find that you can leave the car parked up. So much is within easy walking distance, including the beach, cafes and grocery stores.



There are local bus services that connect you to West Wittering and Chichester. Or you can hire local cabs to get you where you need to go.



Chichester has a railway station that connects this part of the world with many other locations in southern England, including Brighton, Portsmouth, and London.

★ HOT TUB ★



Please be aware that the hot tub is subject to an additional charge of £150. This covers a full drain, clean and refill between guests which we are strictly advised to do by government standards. Please contact us for more information prior to booking.



★ GUEST NUMBERS ★



While the house comfortably sleeps 8 guests, it is strictly 6 adults max at any one time.



★ PET POLICY ★



We welcome responsible dog owners. We do ask a few things though:



- Dogs must be well/house trained

- Dogs should only be allowed in the communal parts of the house, not in bedrooms or upstairs

- Please clear up after your dog in the garden and around the property (fines payable if this isn't adhered to)

- Muddy paws should be cleaned before they're allowed into the house

- Please never leave dogs in the property unsupervised

Our property’s quiet hours (10pm to 8am) are in place to ensure that everyone can enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep.



We care a lot about maintaining good relationships with our community, so we appreciate you following our house rules during your stay. We use a smart home technology to help protect our guests, the surrounding community and the property.



‘Minut' is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. It also records temperature and humidity. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. If you have any questions, please ask.



★ PURCHASE OF LOGS ★

This property has a log burner/fireplace for guests to enjoy. Please note that logs are not provided as standard, although you are welcome to bring your own suitable firewood.



Alternatively, Log Boxes can be pre-ordered for £25, including logs for approximately two evenings, kindling and firelighters, and will be delivered to the property ready for your arrival.
