"The room size was big enough for me. I had a good view of the river and downtown. The staff was helpful. There was no restaurant in the building, but it was one on each side of the hotel."

The Chicago Hotel Collection Ambassador Gold Coast
"I stayed here 5 years ago and can say this year it look tired and worn. It was understaffed for a very busy weekend in Chicago .. the marathon of all things. It definitely needs a refresh and a recharge in customer and hospitality services."
