Overall, great spot! Close to a park, nice area, about 15-20 minute drive to downtown. Felt very safe and comfortable. There were a few quirks to get used to, but that's normal. The only thing to watch out for is that hydrant when you're backing out of the driveway! Otherwise, enjoy the views!

It's was great! We where in town on a couples getaway and had a wonderful time. This place was, for the most part, all around perfect; all but the fire hydrant, hot tub N/A, and the tree that keep us from the green room balcony. But you can't blame mother nature or let her stop you. We still had a blast. The location was perfect after parting in the city. The scenic routes from and to this home were beautiful. This home was spacious enough for three couples to hang out together and still have their personal space. Oh yeah, our host was great with communication and decorations.

Prefect for anak gathering and beautifully decorated

The home is just as described in the photos. There was plenty of seating. The kitchen is nice and spacious. We had a family dinner with about 25 guests and this was perfect. The Chicago natives at the dinner fell in love with this place. The location was great for the beach, Hyde Park and downtown Chicago with minimal traffic. I would definitely recommend this place. I think it would be even better in the spring to enjoy the outdoor spaces.

Great stay for birthday weekend

We had birthdays for two people in our friend group and this place was truly so fit for the celebration! The space is well decorated, well cleaned, and well lit. We had a lot of fun touring the space and jumping between rooms and floors. The walk to rainbow beach was easy to follow. Host is very clear and consistent with communication. They’re very sincere in their efforts to improve the place and make sure there’s no misunderstandings. Truly, thank you so much for your space. We’d love to come back. :))
