"I hope you do not have any issues as the customer support rep spoke to me with such a nasty disgusting attitude it made it the worst experience I’ve had while traveling in a long time.
When I asked to speak with the manager he told me the managers don’t accept calls from customers. When I asked for the email of the manager he refused to give me that and said they didn’t allow customer emails either.
A property manager who refuses to have any communication with a paying customer? Never heard of...

"La habitación estaba muy bien, la regadera tenía algunas marchitas de moho, pero de lo demás excelente, sería bueno que tuvieran una máquina de hielo. En recepción fueron muy amables y permitieron dejar maletas dos horas más del check out, la ubicación increíble!!!,"

"Great location and easy access to downtown and Georgetown. Rooms were clean. The staff on the front desk were super friendly and did not hesitate to help find a room for early check-in. Self use laundry worked as expected.i would recommend this place."

"Musty air, cobwebs bug and mosquito filled basement turned living space. Slippery bathroom with an untidy sight. Worst of, we could literally hear the noises and steps by the hostess and her family. We understand that kids are very active, however it was constant and very unnerving."
