"A very central big old hotel with nice staff. The pub had excellent food. Unfortunately there was a gang of golfer's too noisy to here the singer that preformed."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Central Guest House. Instructions for entry were provided beforehand via text message. The front door sticks but luckily another guest arrived who knew how to get in and showed us the trick. It's in a great spot in the town, prefect for all the restaurants, takeaways and pubs. The interior of the building is tidy if a little shabby. We weren't entirely certain which room was ours but we eventually realised we could just pick whichever room we wanted from...

"Great welcome from lovely staff... beautiful building, only criticism was the bathroom. It was large and spotlessly clean but it had a handbasin the size of a pudding bowl? and the shower was rubbish. It was a challenge to use, and the pressure was extremely poor. "

"A really nice hotel. We enjoyed our short stay. The room was spacious, clean and had good facilities. My only slight issue was that breakfast was a buffet. I prefer breakfast to be cooked to order. "

"There was no one at the desk. Self check in via the hotel email. Room was on 2nd floor up two flights of winding stairs not easy to maneuver with luggage. Limited food at the hotel. Did have free parking. Very old building not handicap accessible. Room was a good size and comfortable. Bathroom was very small couldn’t open the door all the way. Not recommended for older people or anyone who can’t do stairs."

"Not much could be improved upon at this beautiful, immaculate, well-organized B&B. Uta was delightful. The room & toilet were lovely, spacious, and wonderfully decorated. The view from our room (and even the toilet!) was one of the grand memories of our trip. Parking was in an enclosed area and spacious. Breakfast was delicious. You won't go wrong here!"

"The hotel has a very comfortable and pleasant atmosphere - the rooms of various sizes are all stylish and the bar / restaurant was good and seemed popular with local residents (good sign). Good value for money."
