"When we arrived, we found the cyan was closed down and was met by the very friendly and helpful Maxime at the golden tulip and found out we were
staying there. Maxime was accomadation and a credit to the golden tulip. We also found Nelson helpful and friendly too. Keep up the good work guys :-)"
"Hotel Jardin des Plantes is conveniently located in the Latin Quarter of Paris … restaurants of all types, the beautiful Jardin des Plantes, and the Metro and trains stations nearby. We found the hotel to be clean, and the staff helpful. We also enjoyed starting our days with breakfast and coffee in the hotel."
"Good for families with two joining rooms, very quiet so had great sleep. Would stay again but avoid the breakfast which is very limited and poor quality and not worth the 20 euros each."
"Just awful. The room was little more than a cell, the carpet was discoloured with stains, the toilet only flushed by lifting the lid of the cistern, something I learned by trial and error. My keycard had to be replaced after one use, and the fire alarm went off as I was preparing to leave and no-one seemed to know the drill. The one saving grace was the aircon, which could have chilled a penguin. Avoid"
