"It didn’t start well when I was left waiting an hour due to a room mix up. I booked and had confirmation for a twin room but was told they only had a single room. The manager did try & help but it was a hotel mistake and not mine. Eventually, was offered a double room on the top floor. The lift didn’t work and the communal areas were so tired. A smell of a certain substance was awful & the main reception area was dirty and tired. The bin was overflowing and loads of flies were around this area....
