"This is a beautiful property. I recommend watching the Restoration Australia show (Series 3) on ABC iView detailing the work that has gone into this property. The property is excellently appointed and has everything you could need. The communication was fantastic as is the location. Highly recommended."

"We really enjoyed our stay. Close to Aldi. House was exactly what we needed. It is close to train track and we could hear the trains in the front rooms but didnt notice them while in the rest of the house."

"This property is absolutely beautiful. One of the best places we have ever stayed. Loved everything about it from the beautiful decor to the lovely touches of fresh bread, chocolate bickies and coffee pods to the immaculate cleanliness of the property. Highly recommend the beautiful place, we will definitely stay here when we return to Ballarat."

"This is probably the best accommodation I have ever stayed in, I really didn't want to leave. The attention to detail was amazing and this was the perfect family accommodation and the location was great! I'm going to book my next stay!!"

"We had a one night stay in my old hometown of Ballarat. The house was around the corner from sovereign hill, within walking distance of a great cafe and a quick drive to supermarkets. We loved the house and all the detail! It had a very homely feel, was warm and beds very cosy. And loved the fresh eggs for breakfast! "

"The room was a bit neglected cobwebs in The corners of the room and bugs next to the bath and dead plants at the doorway and doorway had not be swept . Tiny bath towels . Porridge was supplied but not enough milk , there was jam but no butter . We decided to not have breakfast and had it in Ararat instead.stead . "
