"The room was super dirty and there were bugs on the floor under table and looked like blood spots on the sheets from possible bed bugs, sheets weren’t put on the bed correctly chips and dirt on the floor and in corners and everywhere didn’t feel clean at all to the point we didn’t unpack we just ordered a new room and left. Would not book again or recommended to anyone else"

"The location of this apartment is okay, and check-in was very smooth. The apartment is a bit worn in some places and could benefit from some maintenance, especially the windows, the blinds, and baseboard heaters are broken. The toilet was not cleaned and there was no toilet paper. I contacted the host and he did drop some off about 6 hours later. For the kitchen, the oven, underneath the sink, and the utensil drawer were not cleaned. A quick heads-up to future guests, bring your own linens....

"The staff was friendly and helpful. The building was secure. The room was clean. There was lots of parking. The free wi-fi was too slow to do anything. The kitchen did not come with much to cook with. There was one chair in the room."

"It was private and quiet except for the subway going by outside. Since there is no front desk you get the entrance codes from an off site office. It took an hour of back and forth to get the codes. They kept sending dead links. The same at checkout. The floors needed cleaning. The bed was supposed to be a queen, it wasn’t. Or if it was it was the smallest queen ever. "Description and photos set appropriate expectations. Yes, there is an elevated train outside the door. Did it bother us? No, we were expecting it and being close to a stop was an added plus for touring the city. The studio was clean, the host communicated quickly and clearly when the VRBO website didn't so that we had no delay in checking in, the toiletry amenities were unexpected and thoughtful, and the prepared notebook of options for restaurants and places to visit was appreciated.

"The pictures do not quite match the space. The "couch" in the living room is not actually a couch. It was very very uncomfortable as was the bed. It felt like it was a futon mattress and that is just too hard of a mattress for a vast majority of people.
