  • This one bedroom is the perfect place for a visit to Philadelphia. Just steps away from the bustling 2nd Street with an array of restaurants, bars, and popular shops. Quick easy access to Girard Subway Station and buses that can take you to parts of Philadelphia. Don't forget to check if your favorite music artist is playing at The Fillmore located a quick walk away.

    The space
    Our guests will have the comforts of a large guest bedroom featuring a private entrance to and from the street and private ensuite bathroom. There are no shared spaces - guests will enjoy the freedom of having an entire room without encountering others.

    The hosts will be conveniently next door in case of any questions.

    As the entrance is completely separate, guests will have a completely private space with access to a queen bed, private bathroom, microwave, coffee maker, and mini fridge

This was a great Vrbo stay. The unit was very clean and roomy. You have to park on the street but we were always able to find parking usually right in front of the apartment. It was within walking distance to a lot of restaurants and grocery stores. Will definitely be back next time we are in Philly.

This property was fantastic. The host was super clear and communicative. The place was clean and well taken care of, it felt like a hotel! There was only street parking available, but the host provided a map with which streets had 24 hour parking. There was a transit station only a short walk away with about a 15-20 minute ride to City Hall. I would highly recommend staying here!

The property was great! It is roomy and well equipped. Spotlessly clean with amenities like a couch, keurig, water, microwave, and mini fridge. And what a cute little area to walk to restaurants! We didn’t notice any street noise, but appreciated the complimentary ear plugs. The pictures and descriptions of where the unit was located was very helpful to find. Overnight parking was difficult given the busy city life, but we were able to find a Spot Hero spot .4 miles away and walk. The owner was very responsive throughout the process. We would definitely stay here again!

Really quaint location, comfortable bed, easy check in and check out process, everything was fantastic for a weekend trip to philly. Highly recommend this vrbo for those who are traveling solo and want to be in a really fun neigbborhood.

Loved this property! Great location. Parking was easy using the map provided by the host. There are lots of free parking spots nearby. Coffee shop around the corner was excellent. Close to lots of other restaurants and shops. Highly recommended!

Great place to stay by yourself or with another person! Only the bedroom and bathroom, but both were spacious and clean. Overall, I had no complaints and enjoyed the easy walks to nearby restaurants, shopping and commutes to other parts of town!
