There has never been a better place to “Escape to the Lake” than at Park Pointe A302. This beautifully updated, sunny condo features vaulted ceiling, hardwood floors and granite counters throughout. The third floor condo maximizes your views to the park, lake and surrounding area from the living area and your private balcony, complete with outdoor seating and a gas grill. Escape to the Lake at Park Point sleeps up to 5 guests comfortably with a King bed, Queen bed, and a high quality single roll-away that can be moved easily. Guests at the Park Pointe condominiums will enjoy the outdoor pool with sunny exposure, the hot tub, and the clubhouse. (Pool is seasonal, opening May15th-September, weather dependent.) In addition you will also enjoy one of the most central vacation spots in the Lake Chelan valley. Try your luck at the 18-hole putting greens just a block away, stroll to the lake and park in just minutes, dine at the many restaurants downtown, or spend the day wine tasting at one of the multiple wineries nearby . Bringing a boat? The Chelan Marina and a public boat launch are within walking distance from your unit. Free Wi-Fi

The unit we stayed in features high-end appliances and furniture. Beds were comfortable and the apartment was very clean. The instructions for check-in/check-out were very clear. Only two issues: although there were ample bathroom towels, we were hoping for beach towels for the pool/lake (this is common for other properties in the area). Also, sitting in the balcony is quite noisy due to the traffic on the Manson Hwy below.

We had an enjoyable weekend other than the chaos that went on next door. But as far as the condo it’s self it was perfect. The pool was great. Everyone was pretty friendly also.

I rented a condo in August for the Christmas Break. The week before Christmas I was notified by the owner he sold the property and I would be contacted by the new owner. Two days before Christmas that had not happened so I rented a second condo in a different building. The location was not what we wanted but it worked. The second evening as we are making dinner we realized we had no water. After waiting a half an hour, we contacted the rental office who were surprised to hear there was no water and asked us to move to a third unit. The next day while talking to the maintenance person I learned he shut the water off due to a leak but did not notify any of the tenants OR the Fire Department that water service had need shut off to the building. I will be concerned of the dependability of VRBO rentals in the future.

We have stayed here at park place a few times while building a house for my clients in Manson, this apartment A-302 was the best one so far, nice beds, all hardwood etc. we will stay here again.

Very nice condo unit, well furnished. Sparkling clean and comfortable. Property management was very responsive to our request for an early check in. Beautiful views across lake to hills on other side. Small but nice pool area. Facing road but no noise in bedrooms. Overall excellent stay.

The property was clean and as depicted by the pictures (which is not always the case!). Park Pointe is a great location; walkable to downtown Chelan, great 2-bed, 2-bath condo, and beautiful sunset views! We will be back!

Great, clean property. Beautiful mountain view and plenty of space to spread out. Would have loved to be able to get either an early check in or late checkout, but management did not respond to initial booking inquiry when we asked about this and when we called about checkout all we got was an answering service. Overall, a great place for a weekend in wine country.

This is a great condo. Meticulously clean and well-appointed with bath towels, bedding, dishwasher tabs, kitchen towels, laundry soap (limited), and a set of bath soap and shampoo for each bathroom. Kitchen very well appointed with cookware and cooking utensils and everything needed to eat. Cable TV, smart TV for connecting devices and streaming services, free WiFi, and air conditioning. The furniture is very comfortable for a rental. Contactless checkin and checkout with key lockbox at the door. We absolutely loved the pool and hot tub. From the condo you can walk to Don Morse park, activities, shopping, restaurants, and downtown. We had a very good stay. Highly recommend.
