    Welcome to Lakeside Oasis, a 4,500+ sq. ft. luxury lakefront retreat designed for elevated gatherings, wellness-inspired relaxation, and unforgettable Lake Chelan memories. Situated on one of Chelan’s newest exclusive, waterfront communities, this seven-bedroom, 7.5-bathroom estate offers rare private canal access (shared with only two neighbors), a dock for your boat, rooftop views, and spa-level amenities — all just minutes from the heart of Chelan.

    Whether you’re boating all day, soaking in the hot tub under the stars, hosting long dinners with family, or unwinding in the sauna and steam room, Lakeside Oasis is where lake life meets luxury living.

    Lakeside Oasis is ideal for corporate retreats, leadership off-sites, wellness gatherings, and family reunions. With seven private king suites, expansive gathering areas, spa amenities, and lakefront access, the home offers the perfect balance of connection and comfort. Additional day time guests or large group gathering costs will apply.

    VACATION RENTAL REQUIREMENTS FOR LAKESIDE OASIS:
    1. Max Occupancy: 16 guests
    2. Max number of vehicles: 4 vehicles, no RVs and no trailers allowed
    3. Quiet Hours: 9pm-8am (Sun-Thu) & 10pm-8am (Fri-Sat)
    4. No trash left outside of provided trash receptacles
    5. No trespassing into neighbors’ properties
    6. Renters will follow all and any county mandated burn bans

    VERIFIED VIOLATIONS BY THE CITY OF CHELAN AND/OR COMPLAINTS MADE BY NEIGHBORS CAN RESULT IN ANY OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING:
    1. $250 fine per violation (thousands more for burn ban violations)
    2. Forfeit of guests’ damage deposit and/or refundable property fee
    3. Immediate eviction


    CAMERAS & RECORDING DEVICES:
    For security purposes, there are 2 outdoor cameras that overlook the front entrance and driveway, and a back facing camera overlooking the back yard, portions of the hot tub, dock, infinity steps and cove/canal. These cameras monitor safety, security, weather, and help with assisting guests. Neighboring homes are nearby and may also have outdoor cameras. There are no indoor cameras.


    PETS NOT ALLOWED:
    Lakeside Oasis is not pet friendly. Please note, however, the house is not pet free. On occasion, the owners’ family have a non-hypoallergenic dog.


    WATER ACCESS:
    You can moor one boat to the shared dock. The canal/cove is tight and it may not always be available to moor a boat due to the fluctuating lake level, meaning the lake may not be deep enough to bring in a boat safely. When the lake is at its fullest, the canal is approx. 10-12 feet deep, this can change depending on the winter snow fall from the previous winter and is not always guaranteed. Anchoring of boats is not allowed due to water supply lines that run in the lake. Boat and insurance details are required. If you’re bringing or renting a boat, please be sure to let us know and we can help provide more information.


    PARKING, BOATS & TRAILERS:
    Parking is permitted in front of the house and garage and can accommodate a maximum of four vehicles. Boat and trailer parking are not permitted due to limited space. Please do not block other homes’ access or the shared driveway with the boat rental company next door. Parking in the nearby parking lots is only permitted during the day, and overnight parking will be ticketed or towed. If you’re bringing a boat, or need suggestions for additional parking, please be sure to let us know and we can provide options.


    NO SMOKING OR VAPING OF ANY KIND:
    There is extreme fire danger in this area, and we kindly ask for no smoking anywhere on the property.


    HOT TUB MAINTENANCE:
    Hot tub maintenance occurs before guests arrive and on Mondays & Thursdays in the high season. Hot tub maintenance occurs before guests arrive and on Thursdays during the low season.
    *If guests refuse or turn service away, this will be an $85 charge to the guest.


    VISITING LAKE CHELAN:
    Lake Chelan has much to offer to every group and family. When you're not water skiing, boating, swimming at the lake or wine tasting, you can enjoy all that downtown Chelan has to offer and stroll home. In the winter time, take in the beautiful snow capped mountains and come enjoy the many events Manson and Chelan put on (Small Town Holidays, Winterfest, Red Wine & Chocolate, and winery hosted dinners).


    GUEST / BOOKING REQUIREMENTS:
    1. Primary renter must be 25+ years of age and MUST be staying at the property for the complete duration of the booking
    2. Rental agreement must be signed after booking is accepted and provide valid ID
    3. $500 security hold is required and will be placed 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure, if no issues are reported.
    *Please note we are API Connected to a hotel-style software called OwnerRez to safely and securely take off-platform security deposits

    This home is designed for relaxation, connection, and quiet enjoyment—not for parties or large, loud gatherings.
    Guests are welcome to celebrate responsibly, but this is not a home for loud music, heavy drinking, or late-night noise. The neighborhood values peace and privacy, and we ask that all guests do the same so everyone can enjoy their time at Lake Chelan.

We had an outstanding stay at this property and would absolutely book it again! I initially stayed here during a work trip to Chelan with several team members and industry partners, and the home was perfect for hosting both colleagues and clients. It offered plenty of space for everyone to spread out, gather comfortably, and enjoy time together. The home was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed.What really stood out was how versatile the property was. After our work week wrapped up and most of the team headed home on Friday, my wife and kids arrived for the weekend, and the house transitioned seamlessly from a professional setting to a relaxing family getaway. My family loved the property, and it was a great place to unwind and enjoy Chelan together.The location was fantastic, the amenities were excellent, and the overall experience exceeded expectations! Whether you’re planning a corporate retreat, hosting clients, or simply looking for a memorable family vacation spot, this home checks all the boxes. I highly recommend and look forward to re-booking soon!
