Newer 1 bedroom ground level with Stunning Lake Chelan View from patio and living space.We are conveniently located 5 miles from the town of Chelan on historic Minneapolis Beach Drive. This quiet dead-end location is featured on the electric bike tour. Enjoy five Southshore wineries within 1.5 miles. Bear Mountain Golf is 2 miles up the hill. Full kitchen that is well stocked, coffee starters, spices, and a dining table for three. Comfy modern living room with a flat-screen TV, pull-out queen sleeper couch, wi-fi, and an electric fireplace to set the mood. Chill on the lake view patio, furnished with Adirondack chairs, a patio set, and a BBQ. This daylight basement apartment is all yours. Private swimming access is available for guests only. Bring your floaty and or a kayak! Boat trailer parking on the property is 20/night.

Lake Chelan comfort

Quite, friendly neighborhood was a nice place to spend our July 4th weekend. The view of Lake Chelan, surrounding hillsides was a welcoming sight as we began our day enjoying coffee on the patio. Our host's advice when it came to the best view of fireworks on the lake was perfect. Alot of thought went into providing for our needs inside the apartment as well.

Lovely and extra clean Chelan getaway!

This is one of the cleanest rentals ever and with the most thought given ti details like kitchen needs and a magnifying mirror in the bathroom. The beach access was a disappointment - hard t navigate - gate was cob webby and floaties full of duck and bird poop

Wonderful host!!

This was a perfect space for us since we have mobility issues. There are no stairs to enter the unit and it is only a short walk from the parking area. Also the host went above and beyond to accommodate us and make our stay easier!! The cozy unit has a lake view from the dining and living area plus from the outdoor patio. It’s very clean and well stocked with kitchen essentials. Plus the furniture is quite comfortable and we especially appreciated the recliners in the living room. It is a quiet neighborhood but still close enough to downtown. As campers at the Chelan city park for over 30 years, in this new chapter we were extremely happy to find our first rental experience so pleasant. Thank you!!

We loved our stay last weekend at this beautiful place. It's right on the lake but still far quite and peaceful. Note that there is no 'beach' access from the property though. You have water access but not 'beach' there. Self check-in was very convenient. As other reviews have noted, everything inside is just perfect, I would not change anything. The famous Slidewaters park is just 5-7 min drive from here. I must mention that the host helped setup sports app on Roku at odd hours (sorry to bother you so late for this). I was able to watch the cricket world cup final on full screen only due to her help. She also provided a stepper so our son can use sink independently. Would love to book again next time.

Everything you didn’t even know you needed!

We truly enjoyed our stay Chardonnay Getaway. We were in Chelan for a wedding and the venue was only 5 minutes away. The place was immaculate and comfortable! No detail was missed! If there was anything I forgot, there it was in a drawer! The lake and quiet road are wonderful and town is less than 10 minutes away. I recommend this Getaway highly!!!

Beautiful lake view

Time for the host to take new photos! The living space was so much larger than the photos reflect and the kitchen is amazing! Such beautiful views! Wonderful patio and the only noise was the happy songs of the birds. The furniture was so comfortable! We were even able to charge our electric car with the 110 volt outlet outside. Highly recommend and would love to stay there again.

Lakeside getaway

The place is cozy and clean and perfect for a weekend away. Lake access is a close walk, and there are several vineyards within walking distance. It is close to town, but far enough away that you don't feel mixed up in the bustle of the tourists. We had an amazing time and will be back again.

Worked Great For Us

We spent two nights here, and were very comfortable. There are people above you, as this is a kind of daylight basement apartment, and so there was occasional footfall-type noise, but nothing bothersome. The street is quiet and the owner is responsive. Everything worked and the place was clean. There were three of us and the pull-out couch was comfortable.
