  • Esta adorable cabaña está en una ubicación ideal. Situado en una tranquila calle sin salida con otras cinco casas. Un paseo de 5 minutos por la calle te lleva a White Pond. La cabaña ha cedido los derechos del estanque, para que disfrute de la pesca y el piragüismo. Cuenta con 3 habitaciones, 1 cama queen, 2 camas gemelas y literas con capacidad para 2. Cada habitación tiene una cómoda, armario o ambos. Un baño con ducha y lavabo. Con un plano de planta abierto y soleado, ofrece mucho espacio habitable. Lavadora / secadora y aire central. Ropa de cama, toallas de baño y paños de cocina, todo incluido. La cocina totalmente equipada es del tamaño perfecto para cocinar cualquier comida y relajarse en casa, en lugar de comer fuera. Relájese en la terraza acristalada y disfrute de su libro favorito y el café de la mañana. Justo afuera de la puerta de la cocina hay una nueva parrilla de gas Weber para 2018. Sillas de playa, toallas de playa y sombrillas de arena grandes están aquí para su conveniencia. Además de juguetes de arena para los niños. El paisaje es encantador con césped y árboles maduros. Estacionamiento para 2 autos.

Great house, we were not able to wash and dry sheets as requested, with a 10am checkout, because we were at a wedding the night before. Place was great, communication was great, would stay again

Cottage is well located in Chatham with easy access to downtown and local beaches. The cottage is very clean and has everything you need for cooking, grilling, laundry, etc. We had a very pleasant week's stay and owner communicates well for providing information and answering questions.

Lovely base for a Cape stay

This property made a lovely base for exploring the Cape. Easily accessible, near some good restaurants and an easy drive to Chatham, Harwich and beyond. Access to the public beach at White Pond was a highlight - we swam every day!

Nice cottage. Very clean, great location. Nice yard, could use an outside table for meals. Very nice porch especially for morning coffee and evening meals. House is a little dated but would stay again. Sharon was an excellent host. Very good communicator.

My husband and I stayed in this lovely Cape house with our 13-year old son while we were in town for a week for a family wedding. It was perfect! It’s such a sweet spot, and reminded me of the Cape vacations we used to take when I was a kid - peaceful, simple, and carefree.It’s an easy walk to a great bakery and coffee shop, and a nice walk to the shops and restaurants on Main Street.Sharon is easy to communicate with, and does a great job hosting.We’d definitely recommend this rental.

Location was amazing for exploring Chatham! We were able to paddle board on the pond which was so quiet and peaceful, hiked on th trails up the road and close to downtown and beaches ! The house was a exactly as advertised, it was clean ,

Great summer getaway

We really enjoyed the cottage for our end of summer trip to Chatham. Sharon was a wonderful and generous host who responded timely to any inquiries we had. Great location in Chatham with easy access to downtown as well as Chatham beaches. Nice, quiet street with access to walking trails. Would stay here again!

lovely cape spot

Sharon was so incredibly accomidating to us, I really appreciate her timeliness in responses and overall communication. The place overall was a cute and much needed get away for us. Very clean, and really has everything you could need!

Sister trip, good thing multiple rooms as I snore!

Nice place centrally located. Larry’s PX great and the Sylvan Garden was a nice surprise! I wouldn’t necessarily brag about access to White Pond however.

Solid

Sharon was a great host and check-in and communication were super easy. Great proximity to downtown and to beaches and that is really all we cared about. Accommodations were clean and neat albeit rustic and dated. In summary, for the cost in the overpriced Cape this is a solid choice.

Balfour cottage

What a great place to stay! I was on the Cape for Thanksgiving so it was a different kind of vacation but just as much fun. This sweet house had everything I needed and close to town and the beach. I loved walking the Sylvan Path every morning. The host stayed in touch to make sure everything was fine. Thanks Sharon!

Great Location

My daughters and I were in town for the annual Christmas Stroll. Sharon's house is adorable, clean, comfortable and you cannot beat the location. Very close to town and the the fish market where we purchased steamed and cracked lobster for our dinner. We enjoyed walking down to White Pond to watch the gorgeous sunset. Street is tucked away off of Rte 28 on a quiet road. Fabulous and festive weekend.

Beachy and relaxing

We had a great time staying in this vacation home! Vibe was beachy and easy going. Plenty of space for our family of four to spread out. House was stocked with what you need to cook meals. Grill was also nice to have. Very clean and easy to keep clean with all wood floors. We loved lounging around in the sun room all times of day. Area was very quiet, but close enough to a few shops and restaurants to walk to. Loved our stay there and hope to come back soon!

Great location and property

Overall the stay was great, home was clean, neighborhood was quiet, and neighbors were pleasant. The only reason I didn’t review the listing 5/5 is because during the stay the owner was having the drier replaced (the replacement arrived on our last day and worked perfectly), and was part of the reason we picked the property. Sharon the owner was very responsive as questions arose which made the stay very predictable and pleasant.
