"Such a lovely property and plenty of parking which is always a bonus!"

"Check-in was efficient room was on top floor within the roof, access from lift to room can be awkward as there are multiple steps. Room with single bed, mattress was bit soft but okay ensuite was good size shower was okay. Breakfast menu n food was good.. service was unclear whether it was self buffet or table service. Had to wait over 15mins before asked for Tea or coffee. Staff need better training."

"Everything about our stay could not be faulted. Friendly reception on arrival. Told all we needed to know straight away and made to feel very welcome. Separate restaurants as we had our dogs with us and we were the only ones in ours but still were treated very attentively. Good varied menu with several specials on offer. "Lovely hotel, friendly staff, couldn't have been more helpful and exactly what I needed in the middle of a busy week travelling and delivering training. Best hotel of my recent trips by miles and great room service which was super convenient and enabled me to focus on working and resting. Next time I will make sure I also make use of the pool and spa :)"

"One Warwick Park is a great place to stay in Tunbridge Wells! The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Parking is a bit of an issue and our bathroom was badly designed with tub and shower access a challenge. Aside from those two issues we would highly recommend OWP"

"Overall a decent hotel. Cooked breakfasts were particularly nice. Delicious smoked kippers with hard boiled eggs and toast soldiers. Excellent coffee from the coffee machine. Would have liked larger portions of fruit salad and plain yogurt to be offered in breakfast buffet (was provided on request). Bed comfortable. Kettle and fridge very welcome. Room perhaps needed a little more storage space. Climbing into bath perhaps a little difficult for our height - 5 foot 6 inches. Room had air...

"Overnight stay and booked two rounds of golf. Lovely setting, communal ateas and rooms are a bit tired but clean and pleasant, There was no air con in rooms and it was very warm. Our shower had a silver fish walking around in it and the basin and shower did not drain properly. The toilets in the bar upstairs also smelt awful suggesting a wider drainage issue. "Although some areas could take a lick of paint, this traditional country house hotel was just what we wanted pre our Le Shuttle journey. The staff are an absolute credit to hospitality, the food is delicious and the bed was comfy, great shower pressure and peace and quiet plus safe parking. "
