This new and wonderfully remodeled townhouse is just what you need to make your visit to Pineville your best one yet! Located right off Interstate 485, you’ll be in the perfect location. Everything you could ever need is just a short drive away; restaurants, parks, shops, the hospital, and the airport! Along with an excellent location, this home also has a beautiful view of, and access to, the local pond. Relax after a busy day by enjoying your private patio and view of the pond.

Very nice home located right beside the Little Sugar Creek Greenway. We biked from the home past downtown Charlotte, 33 miles round trip. Beautiful day and awesome ride. Home had everything we needed, and the host was more than helpful. Would recommend.

The location was convenient and walkable. Beautiful view, backing right to the lake. Very clean. Description of property very accurate. Easy and prompt communication with host. Would definitely stay here again.

Highly Recommend

This is a beautiful, clean property in a very safe community. I had my two kids under 5 with me and they loved having the access to the huge playground just at a walking distance. We had a perfect view of the lake from the backyard. If you like taking walks, you’d love your morning and evening walk around the lake. Stephanie was very responsive but that said we hardly needed any assistance because everything was functional and easy to figure out. We enjoyed our stay.

Place was. Ery clean and centrally location. Great pond behind unit and although it was in the city had deer come up to back patio. I would definitely stay here again.
