"We have stayed here several times and the room is always very clean. The check-in wait does takes a few minutes but of course the cookies are well with the wait. The staff is always kind."

Sonesta Charlotte Lower South End
"Place was ok, just need to remodel. Bathtub was cracked, pool was not 100% clean. Other than that, staff was very helpful, it's a nice hotel and very accessible to great businesses and the city. We will stay again."

Sheraton Charlotte Airport Hotel
"One night stay at this CLT airport Sheraton. This is a full service hotel that is showing its age. Could use a refresh. Staff were very friendly and helpful overall. Hotel was relatively clean, just more a matter of things being old. Beds were not great. Dinner at the bar was decent by hotel standards. ..."

Sheraton Charlotte Hotel
"Bedroom and bathroom were spotless. Staff was friendly and helpful. Our only complaint was that the bathroom door would not latch, leaving us to place a nearby luggage rack against it to close completely. I imagine that housekeeping would never be aware of such a problem, so we reported it upon departing. ..."
