"Everyone on staff was incredibly lovely. Couldn't ask for better customer service. Anthony (concierge) was delightful. They all really hold the place together. Convenient and lovely area. The rooms were a good size, clean. The only hiccup was the shower. It was terrible. But generally, all hotel showers have poor water pressure and random streams of water. But also, they hang the toiletries high up and on the shower wall so you have to be standing in the water to get any. Which is hard for kids...

"The hotel is well located in Eadt Billage close to the subway but the beds are not comfortable and there is no chair or desk in the room. A lot of money for not much. "

"Loved staying here! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful in all areas. The bars are fantastic and had some of the best service in NY. Bedding was super comfortable, and you could feel the quality in the linens. I would love to stay here again. Only complaint was trying to get the room to cool down after the heat had been on upon arrival (we Texans like it cold lol). Rooms were quiet and cozy. Perfect getaway."

"A buzzy place with an excellent restaurant, but too bad the rooms are like broom closets. Well--no closets in fact, just hangers on hooks. No drawers either and the bathroom sink is in the room. Low lighting made reading difficult, too. I guess they don't expect long term guests with a lot of clothes. If I had to be down in Chelsea I might consider it again just for the food but, really, the room was ridiculous."

We were hoping to book it again later this year, but it seems like the terrace room is all booked up. The view is totally worth it. It’s all good. We liked it so much. We booked another room type for later this year."
