"Great location in the heart of Historic Savannah, just steps away from many restaurants, shops, tours, etc. East Bay Street is right outside your window and the river front/River Street is just a block away. The unit was very clean and well furnished, with easy access from the dedicated parking space and gated courtyard. The king and queen bedrooms were very large and comfortable. "For being an old building, it was great. Service was excellent. I loved the wine and cheese reception each night! Breakfast was wonderful. Valet brought our bags up and have us a history on the hotel! I didn't sleep at all but I think that's related to the paranormal aspect of this place, which also is awesome! Overall loved"

"Wonderful "historic" home in a great part of town (midtown, just off Forsyth Park-we highly recommend staying in this part of town which is quiet and convenient). Owners did a great job of adding modern conveniences to the 19th century building making the experience comfortable while getting the feel for the character of Savannah. Staff was friendly and helpful but unobtrusive. We especially liked the second entrance to our room which led out to an expansive balcony."

"Godley Manor made our stay in Savannah a joy. After all of our daytime travels it was like returning home. Continental breakfast was fresh and plentiful making for a wonderful start of the day. Our host was easily reachable and made sure all our needs and requests were taken care of. We would definitely stay here if ever visiting Savannah again. We have told everyone if they visit Savannah to stay at Godley Manor."

"The room was very clean, with new towels and trash pickup every day. The breakfast was great: yogurt with fruit and granola, eggs, bacon, and a few others things. We stayed on the 3rd floor and the stairs are certainly a lot but the bed was comfortable and the noise was minimal. Parking is paid ($1.00 per hour) but is free from 8PM to 8AM!!! The courtyard is nice as well. "
