"My husband and I had high hopes for this B&B based on reports on the web. But we realized on arriving that the innkeeper(s) were no where in sight and when I had a question about the TV and called and left my phone number, no one called back. In addition, there was no common room like most B&Bs so if my husband wanted to go to bed early, I had no where to go. Breakfast was brought to the room the day before and if you didn't want to eat what they brought, breakfast stopped arriving. All the...

"The sheets were clean, the towels were clean, the hard surfaces of the room were clean, the carpet was fairly new and clean. They turned on the heat for us before we arrived, so the room was warm. The beds were uncomfortable and the pillows inside the cases were dingy. There were two small bars of soap, one small bottle of shampoo, and only a partial roll of toilet paper. (It’s a good thing we always have some packed.) The room had a lot of traffic noise all night long. We didn’t realize...

"Room was very clean and updated. We enjoyed the deck, although it needs some updating due to broken boards. I was told the restaurant was a fine place to dine. Desk staff was helpful."

"Nice modern motel well located for AT hike"

"Amazing property- feels luxurious because of the way it is perched up on a hill. We got a room on 4th floor with direct view of the fall colors on the mountains- that was amazing and a surprise"

"Nice people, ok and clean room. Too much light from around the window shades and all the gizmos (thermostat, TV etc.) to the point of inhibiting sleep."

"Clean, spacious room Accommodating staff especially Shawn and Jennifer at the front desk. Very nice pool and gym Definitely coming back"

"This a much better Holiday Inn than the one at Saugerties that we went one day before."

"It was a decent place to stay. I’m a light sleeper, and there wasn’t a lot of outside noise (Sat-Sunday). Good natural light in the morning from the windows. My guest said the pillows were comfortable. I always bring my own pillow."

"The sink drain didn’t work."

"Very large room and bathroom. Had parking easily accessible, very nice and helpful staff."

"No housekeeping for my three night stay. I was not informed that you had to ask for housekeeping. Covid has been gone for a long time. Rooms should be serviced daily like they use to be. Breakfast eggs were not good. On one morning bacon and the tater totes containers were empty. A staff person came by checked and left they did not refill them and I did wait a few minutes to see if they would ."

"We were very pleased with our experience here. Room was super clean and included a mini fridge and microwave. The mini fridge was much needed for storing milk as we were traveling with an 8 month old. We forgot the sheet for our pack and play and the staff was helpful in providing us with one. The black out curtains were very effective and helped get baby ready for his nap. Breakfast was solid. We had lots and bags and baby things resulting in my husband making multiple trips between lobby and...

"We enjoyed a delicious home cooked breakfast! The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. Lots of ideas were given to us as to where to visit in the area."

"Room was clean and comfortably appointed. Parking was not an issue even though the hotel was full. Easy walking to restaurants and shops. Staff were very pleasant and welcoming."

"It was the sweetest Place ever. It was compact yet cute and efficient. Great shower and plenty of hot water. It was easy to check in and clean. There were all the amenities that we needed. The owner was very nice and even started a fire in the cute fire pit. We enjoyed the scenery and the pretty lake setting. Than-you for a pleasant experience in Mass. I"
